Our conclusion:

Existing surveys on Digital and eCommerce provide analysis:

  • By sector (Fashion, Perfumes & Cosmetics, Consumers electronics, …)
  • By step of the customer journey (Social media, Mobile, Product page, Sales Funnel, Customer service, OmniChannel, …)

However, no survey provides cross industry analysis nor global customer journey analysis before, during and after the product purchase. Moreover, no research companies place orders to pursue their analysis

Our proposal: The eShopper Index

Launched in 2013, eShopper Index is the only international Index to analyze & rank leading companies’ E-Commerce performances all along the customer journey, before, during and after the purchase (OmniChannel included). The latest edition was released on March 3rd 2014 and the new edition was released on March 18th 2015.

The 2015 eShopper Index provides:

  • a multi-sectorial analysis according to the overall performance and eShopper journey provided by each player
  • an in-depth diagnostic tool of the E-Commerce ecosystems (before, during and after the purchase on over 250 criteria)
