Our conclusion:

Existing surveys on Digital and eCommerce provide analysis:

  • By sector (Fashion, Perfumes & Cosmetics, Sports, Luxury, Telecoms, Consumers electronics & Computers …)
  • By step of the customer journey (SEO/ SEM, Social media, Mobile, Product page, Sales Funnel, Shipping, Return …)

However, no survey provides cross industry analysis nor global customer journey analysis before, during and after the product/service purchase

Our proposal: The eShopper Index

iVentures Consulting created eShopper Index in 2013. The first edition (Pilot), released in February 2013 covered the French market. The new edition that is released on March 3rd 2014 is international and covers 130 companies in the US and in Europe

The 2014 eShopper Index provides:

  • the first multi-sectorial brand analysis according to the overall performance and eShopper journey provided by each brand
  • an in-depth diagnostic tool of the digital and e-commerce brand ecosystems (before, during and after the purchase on over 250 criteria)
